Policy for Cancellations-

• The non-private Decoration Package and Candlelight Dinner Package have a cancellation policy of no return if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the experience.
• Cancellation up to two days prior to the experience will result in a 50% refund.
• 90 percent return for cancellations made two days or more before to the experience.

There are no refunds for holidays such as Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.

Cake bouquets, guitarist experiences, and other add-ons are non-refundable.

Only cancellations sent by email at [email protected] with the order ID during business hours will be accepted.

For a private event like as a private candlelit meal, proposal decorating, or guitarist, there is no refund policy.

Rain, hail, natural disasters, or any other government action will only allow for a rescheduling; there won't be any cancellations.

Any payments made in part are made by the client and are intended to be canceled. the cancelation TnC mentioned above must be adhered to.

In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
