Cancellation Policy

Want to plan a perfect evening for your partner or for your family! Organize a big movie screening at home with some candles & flowers or balloons and give this surprise to your loved ones. You can arrange it in your living room or rooftop area or garden area. This is the perfect surprise for anyone. For Lovers, Father-daughter movie night, Mom-Dad anniversary etc. You can choose your loved one's favorite movie or latest movie.

Inclusions

Projector and a movie screen with delivery & pickup
50 Candles with glasses & flower petals for decoration
200 balloons decoration done by a professional decorator (including 40-50 hanging balloons with ribbons sticked to the ceiling using removable tapes)

Need To Know

You can add finer details such as guitarist, cake, flowers & photo frame gift from the next screen
Balloons used for decoration will be filled with air and not helium. About 50 balloons will be put on the ceiling with soft removable tape & rest spread around your home theater
Mac (apple laptop) connectors are not available at all locations. Please let us know in advance if you want to connect the projector to a apple mac system.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
