Decoration can be done at your place.
The materials will be remove back after 24 hours.
For same-day bookings, it is mandatory to confirm the possibility from our customer support.
Some Add-ons may not be available for same-day bookings, so kindly confirm the availability from our support team before confirming your order.
Request you to remove the balloons after the event is over as keeping them for long can result in marks on the wall.
These are not Helium/Gas Balloons.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at [email protected] with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
