The décor features a cozy mattress-style seating arrangement surrounded by vibrant red and black balloon clusters, adding a bold and premium look to the celebration. The elegant balloon styling is paired with soft LED fairy lights that outline the platform, creating a warm golden glow as the sun sets.

The highlight of the setup is the beautifully arranged rose petals spelling “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” on the floor, along with a personalized “name” petal arrangement on the seating area. These thoughtful details add emotional value and make the celebration deeply meaningful. A low dining table at the center is styled for cake cutting and special moments, making it perfect for an intimate family celebration.

Time duration of the experience is only for 2.5 hours.
Limited slot for available date.
For same day booking contact to our event advisor.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
