Cancellation Policy

Turn your house into a romantic abode with a beautiful cabana set up for just the both of you. The cabana experience will be a never lasting experience for your entire life.

The open rooftop, the moonlight & the decoration together will make your celebration just double. These things together create love magic in the ambiance. What gonna be better than this to live a short but the happiest moment of the life. The cabana is decorated by professionals using balloons, flower petals, drapes and candles. 2 chairs and a table will also be set up by the team.

The entire setup will be taken back by the team on the morning after the surprise. This cabana setup decoration surprise at home is a great way to celebrate a wedding anniversary, engagement anniversary, love proposal, birthday, etc. Pictures seen on the website are of the actual surprise and a similar setup will be done for you. A team of 2 people will come to your place to set up the cabana.

It can be done on either a rooftop or in a large living room. Food can be curated by the team at an extra charge of Rs.6000.

Need To Know

After 24 hours materials will be take off.
Any materials damage will cost you more.
You may add neon light as per your occasion by paying additional amount.
Further any customization you may contact to our customer care.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
