The proclamation of love is made even more memorable with a genuine touch—a large "I LOVE YOU" balloon banner on the wall.

An intimate and opulent atmosphere is created by the soft candlelight, rose petals strewn across the space, and golden vases filled with red flowers. This arrangement guarantees a wonderful and romantic experience and is perfect for anniversaries, proposals, or simply a sincere romantic surprise for a loved one.

Need To Know

Candles and Glass can be change in the real setup.
Place you need to Provide for the decorations
All materials will be on rental basis, and it will be taken back after the event.
Any damage on the setup, will cost additional charge.
Decoration can be customized from the addons.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
