Package is designed for couples only – valid ID required at check-in
Room decor may vary based on availability and season
Pool access is included (timing: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
Candlelight dinner is part of the package – please confirm preferred time at booking
Liquor is not provided by the property
Bonfire, photoshoot, or spa services available at additional cost (advance notice required)
Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends and holidays
All safety and hygiene protocols are followed for a worry-free stay

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
