Balloon decor on the backdrop as shown in image.
Approx 350 Multi color balloons are used in the setup.
Balloon color can be customised .
All materials will be rental.
Next day materials will be removed.
Decorator charges is included.

Need To Know

Client need to provide the place.
Your address, balloon colour, & any other personal preferences will be taken over an email/ whatsapp after your booking.
The decorator will not wait more than 30 minutes at the location from the chosen time slot.
Other customization can be done from the addons or you may contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
