Need To Know

A minimum space of approximately 8 ft × 8 ft is recommended for setup.
Adult supervision is advised for younger children during gameplay.
The number of participants depends on the event duration and package selected.
Setup should be completed 30–60 minutes before the event starts.
Additional balloons, extended operating hours, or prize distribution can be arranged at an extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
