The Romantic Decor Of Balloons and Candles in pune The decorator will be wearing a mask and will sanitize his hands before entering the place. You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case. Planning to propose to your special someone? Leave the decorations to us! We will decorate the room with heart-shaped balloons & t-light candles. To make the ambience more romantic, we will sprinkle red rose petals in the room. A room filled with romantic decorations will definitely help you get a yes from your partner!

Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
