Need To Know

The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images
We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
In case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
Table and table props are not included in the package
Balloons filled name box is not included in basic package.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours before an experience: cancellation with no refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: cancellation with a 50% refund.
2 days or more before an experience: cancellation with a 90% refund.
No cancellations for special occasions like Diwali, Karwachauth, the New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.
No cancellations for cake bouquets or guitarist experiences.
Cancellations will be taken during working hours only via email at surpriseplanner8@gmail.com with the order ID.
No cancellation is possible for a private experience like a guitarist, stay, or private candlelight dinner.
In case of rain, hailstorm, nature eruption, or any other act of government, only a reschedule will be entertained, and no cancellation will be done.
In the case of a private event on the property, the property has the right to change the seating arrangements, upgrade your dining package, or cancel your event on the same day. If its get cancelled by the hotel, In such a scenario, you will get a full amount refund in your payment mode.
